Narrated by Raheel Raza, a reformist Muslim, the numbers are simply staggering. So too are the names being named. CAIR, which far-left MSM treats as a legitimate civil rights group is even more extreme than the liberal reporters doing so.
And CAIR isn't just an unindicted co-conspiritor in the Holyland Foundation terrorism trial and an original member of the terrorist group Muslim Brotherhood (also known for mass female genital mutilation - something liberals apparently really love). CAIR is also listed as a terrorist group alongside al Qaeda and ISIS by the United Arab Emirates (a Muslim country).
The FBI has even created a chart showing all the ways CAIR is connected to extremist and violent Jihadi groups that want to stone women, hang gays, and blow people up.
Via Breitbart:
The group, which fashions itself as a civil rights voice for American Muslims, was founded by members of the Palestine Committee (PALCOM), an organization “established to support Hamas,” according to the chart. Nihad Awad, currently CAIR’s executive director, was previously an official at PALCOM.The FBI declaration submitted in connection with removal proceedings for Nabil Sadoun (a former top CAIR official) said PALCOM members used coded language to discuss the “true nature” of their clandestine operations in support of Hamas. During a Philadelphia conference, which was being wiretapped by the FBI, they “referred to Hamas as ‘Samah’–Hamas spelled backwards–or simply as ‘the Movement,’” the FBI declaration said.
And liberals, even so-called journalists at NBC, CBS, ABC, CNN, et al, who have access to this information and are morally obligated to demonstrate due diligence, continue to treat CAIR as a legitimate organization. We have to therefore assume journalistic malfeasance at worst; malpractice at best. Either way, not the sources you should trust for your news. Breitbart continues:
According to the FBI declaration, attendees of the Philly meeting “discussed how ‘Samah’ would one day be labeled as a terrorist organization by the US government,” the document said, adding they “discussed the need to create a new, uncompromised front group in the United States under the veil of some cover palatable to the American public.”
CAIR was “subsequently founded” after the Philly Conference, where attendees discussed the “need to create a new front organization” for Hamas, the FBI declaration said, with PALCOM tasking Omar Ahmad and Nihad Awad to chair the Council on American-Islamic Relations (CAIR). A third founder, Nabil Sadoun, would join shortly thereafter as Vice-Chairman of CAIR. According to the FBI, Sadoun was a member of the Muslim Brotherhood and “was affiliated with Hamas.” Sadoun was also involved with other organizations that solicited funding for Hamas. At one point, he brought Hamas chairman Khaled Mashaal to keynote a conference in Oklahoma City, the FBI declaration reveals.CAIR, a demonstratively anti-woman, anti-gay, anti-freedom, anti-modern terrorist organization should be outlawed in the United States as it has been even in the UAE. Its members should be investigated and the liberals who propped them all up should be terror-shamed.
And finally, remember that spot in the video where Obama says we should reach out to moderate Muslims. Heh, we knew better and here's the proof in the policy, as the White House meets with radical Islamists but continues to snub moderates. Something definitely is rotten in Denmark.
Because the radical left doesn't want to stop Islamic terrorism any more than the radical left that ran the Soviet Union wanted to stop the radical Islamic terrorism it was supporting during the Cold War. Instead, the left seeks to use radical islam as the anvil to its own hammer to beat the people into embracing a totalitarian lifestyle in which free speech and thought have been eliminated, violence is expected, and poverty is reality for all but the few at the top.The meeting’s focus is understandable, but the inclusion of a prominent CAIR official serves only to enhance the status of a group with documented ties to a terrorist-financing network. And the exclusion of voices representing non-Islamist Muslim reformers just makes their challenge of getting a fair hearing for their ideas more difficult.
