In Thailand Mock the King's Dog, Get 37 Years in Prison
You read that right. A man in Thailand is being charged with insulting the king and...wait for it...sedition... for snarking off about the King's fugly dog.
Okay, he (the dog) is actually kind of cute. King Bhumibol Adulyadej of Thailand, not so much (come arrest me, bishes - I bet my 2nd Amendment trumps your royal decrees).
Anyway, so 37 years just for an off-handed comment about a dog that without any evidence to the contrary we have to assume can't even read and will be dead four times over before this man is let out of prison.
For mocking a dog. I guess the next step is rounding up cat owners for committing sedition through snubbing the king's pet ownership choices. Hey Thailand, North Korea called - it wants its Kim Jong Il back.
Maybe the King could mobilize his security forces for, I don't know, confronting the rampant slavery epidemic in the seafood industry recently revealed or the child sex slave trade - both of which Thailand may lead the world by double-digits.
Not only does this king have no clothes, he has no moral compass. Put the dog in the palace; it's Bhumibol who should be in the dog house. Bad king. Bad!
